The physicians enrolled in this survey did not know the territory in the prime conception that change the model, treating it as a reaching area geographically limited, what will not bring opportunities of health practices that show the change in the cause paradigm of the sickness process contained in the Brazilian Federal Constitution, that admits the multicausality with social determination.
