Abstract

The Strategy Health of the Family has reached an important advance as for the access to the services of health on the part of the population, through the increasing expansion in the number of teams and attended families. With the objective to monitor and to evaluate the implantation and the results of the ESF, through data supplied for the teams, the System of Information of Basic Attention - SIAB, it was implanted in 1999. It is essential, the use gave data base for part dos managing municipal, for the monitoring and the evaluation of the permanent way of developed actions in this attention level, good as information supplied system of information, propitiating the construction of trustworth pointers the Single Healthcare System (SUS). The story of this practical in the scope of Sanitary District IV, in Recife, PE, is white of this article.
